TERM & CONDITION

 

General

 

• Have a Class D driver’s license valid in Malaysia.

 

• Tenants / borrowers vehicles are prohibited to commit any crime or violation of United States law. In default, a police report will be made.

 

• Any damages / defects / scratch / break found on the exterior or interior of the vehicle during the rental period / loans, charge RM50 (minimum) to 2,000 (maximum) will be charged to the tenant / borrower vehicles involved. In default, a police report will be made.

 

• Tenants / her vehicle is not allowed to change / remove any parts of the vehicle rented / borrowed. In default, a police report will be made a criminal offense ‘Case Stolen Vehicle Spare-Part’.

 

• Any claims summons issued by the authorities is the responsibility of the tenant / her vehicle during the rental / loan current.

 

Payment

 

• Clients / Tenants agreed the price to be decided and will make a full payment upon receipt of the rental car.• All payments are taken BEFORE the rental car delivered and not AFTER car hire

.

• If the customer / tenant wishes to connect the car rental rates, you should inform the owner in advance at least 2 hours before the rental expires.

Accident / damage

 

• The customer / tenant will contact the owners immediately of any accident involving a rented car.• Client / tenant fully responsible for the rented car and agrees to bear all costs of repair / damages incurred during the car in the custody / rental customer / tenant

 

• The owner will not incur any costs or make an insurance claim for any accident occurring during the rental car Current customers / tenants.• Client / tenant also agrees to pay the usual daily rental rates over the period put the car in the workshop.

Summons / traffic offenses

 

• Client / tenant agrees that the rented car will not be driven by irregular roads.

 

• All summonses for traffic offenses committed during the period of rental car customers / tenants will be borne by the customer / tenant.

 

• The owner will contact the customer / tenant if there is any summons or traffic offenses involved.• Owners will refer the name and identification if the tenant does not receive any payment in respect of the summons / traffic offenses committed customer / tenant

 

• The owners also prohibit customers bring / deliver / transmit any illicit goods such as drugs, firearms, or do any activity prohibited by the owner of the car. If found doing so, the customer / tenant agreed to a fine of Rs 2000 and a police report will be made.

 

• Client / tenant prohibited use rental cars for crimes such as snatching, robbery, theft and so on. If found doing so, the customer / tenant agreed to a fine of Rs 2000 and a police report will be made.

 

• Tenants / her vehicle is not allowed to change / remove any parts of the vehicle rented / borrowed. In default, a police report will be made a criminal offense ‘Case Stolen Vehicle Spare-Part’. Others• Client / tenant is not entitled to dispute the terms agreed upon in court if problems arise.
